Placing an Order Products are ordered through the online store's website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart using the card payment provided by Stripe or Klarna's payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details requested during the order process will only be used for order delivery or resolving any ambiguities related to the order. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive it at the email address you provided. By placing an order in the online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the currently valid terms of delivery.

You have the right to request correction, deletion, or limitation of the processing of personal data. In such cases, please contact our data controller. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection laws, you can file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.

Ingredients in the products may vary.

Payment/Payment Methods Currently, the online store offers Klarna's payment service and Stripe. We do not offer on-site payment for online store purchases. All orders must be paid using the online store's payment options.

Note: When using Klarna as a payment method for monthly subscription products, such as the monthly surprise package, we will charge the full payment for the entire order during the first delivery of the first order. If you want the charges to be made monthly, we recommend placing separate orders for each month.

We will activate payments made with Klarna within approximately two weeks of receiving the order, due to its short activation period, to avoid automatic scheduled order cancellations and any resulting inconvenience. In this case, you may receive an invoice for the order before it is ready for delivery, as our production process may occasionally take longer. Each customer will receive their products as soon as they are ready.

Order and Payment Confirmation Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery Method and Costs The shipping costs for your order can be viewed after selecting the delivery method. For deliveries within Finland, a postal package costs €6 (incl. VAT), and home delivery (express package) costs €12 (incl. VAT). Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge within Finland (postal package), excluding Åland. We primarily use postal packages for deliveries. Packages can be tracked using the tracking number. For package deliveries, we aim to use recycled materials.

Posti (Finnish postal service) packages: Orders will be delivered to the Posti office you specify, and you can collect them upon receiving a notification.

Posti home delivery: Orders will be delivered directly to your home. Delivery takes place on weekdays from 9 am to 9 pm in larger cities and by 2 pm in other areas.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to the email address you provided.

Note: An unclaimed package is not considered an order cancellation. We do not refund or store unclaimed packages.

Delivery Time The typical production times for deliveries within Finland are approximately 3-5 business days for coffee and about 1-2 weeks for chocolates (during peak seasons, around 3-4 weeks). We do not take responsibility for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damages caused by delays. Any deviations from standard delivery times will be announced on the online store's website.

During peak seasons, production times may extend significantly depending on order volumes. Please note that we are not a factory or store and do not keep stock. Our production is entirely handcrafted, and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, so delivery times are estimates. Exchange and Return Policy You have the right, under Finnish consumer protection law, to exchange or return your entire order or a part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The right of return does not apply to custom orders (coffee, cocoa, tea, candies, and chocolates), food products (coffee, cocoa, tea, candies, and chocolates), or gift cards. Issues with Orders If a product has been lost or damaged during shipping, or if it does not otherwise match your order, you must notify us of the error within 14 days, as specified in the exchange and return terms. If a package is damaged in the mail or a similar service, an immediate complaint must be filed with the delivery service (Posti / Matkahuolto / courier service). We do not take responsibility for products damaged in transit. Occasionally, darker or lighter beans may be included in coffee orders. Despite our careful quality control during packaging and roasting, we cannot guarantee 100% consistency due to the nature of the roasting process. This phenomenon is mainly due to the operation of the roasting machine and is nearly impossible to avoid despite careful attention. Please note: An unclaimed package is not considered an order cancellation. We do not refund or store unclaimed packages.

Allergens While our production facilities do not handle gluten, milk, or soy, because a significant portion of our ingredients are sourced from other production facilities, we cannot guarantee that traces of allergens will not be present in the products. Please consider this when placing an order.

Additional Information for Businesses and Custom Orders Custom orders (coffee, chocolates, pralines, sweets) are available from us only with a prepayment. For larger orders, we may need to place a separate order for coffee and chocolate ingredients to ensure sufficient materials. We will provide a quote for our products, including delivery time and price. However, since our products are entirely handcrafted, the delivery time for larger orders is estimated and not precise. We do not take responsibility for delays or damages resulting from postal or similar delivery service delays. Please note that if prepayment is not made by the due date, your order will be placed at the end of the queue, following those who have already paid, and the previously agreed-upon schedule may no longer apply. Additionally, the ingredients used may change. If you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact us to inquire about a new schedule. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Occasionally, darker or lighter beans may be included in coffee orders. We reserve the right to be creatively unconventional in the execution of custom orders and ingredient selection. Pre-Order Products in the Online Store Pre-order products, such as chocolate calendars, are available in our online store. The pre-order information for each product is indicated in bold in the product description. Additionally, we will update delivery times as needed and based on demand.

If a pre-order product has a specified start date for deliveries, it means that the products will be manufactured and shipped in chronological order starting from the specified date. This schedule also applies to other products ordered alongside pre-order items. If you want other products more quickly, we recommend placing a separate order without pre-order items.

Klarna Payment Methods In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may transmit your personal information in connection with the purchase transaction to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you are eligible for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods for you. The transmitted personal information will be processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.
